Meet Anita.
Founder & Director.
As a dedicated Mum with lived experienced of children with disabilities, Anita founded Plan and Grow with a desire to help other families navigate the system and build a support network. As Plan and Grow grew and regulatory requirements evolved, Anita's commitment deepened. She’s passionate about empowering those who live with disability and supporting people from diverse backgrounds — particularly those with complex needs.
She is also a volunteer firefighter, the Founder and Director of Safe Living Australia, and was a 2024 AusMumpreneur Silver Medalist.
