Anita Peiris, CEO
"I've always valued the opportunity to play such an important part in peoples' lives."

Anita started Plan and Grow in 2016 with a desire for genuine change in the way organisations approach to care services.  With an enormous emphasis of empowering those who live with disability and supporting people from diverse background— particularly those with complex needs — she's crafted personalised services that truly reflect the needs of the individual.

Anita has built a team of passionate and kind people who share Plan and Grow's values.
