Imagine a home, in an ordinary street, no different to any other house in that street. With accommodation options for people with disability, Plan and Grow can make that happen.
Accommodation support can be provided for individuals with high care needs requiring one-to-one 24/7 support, through to shared-living arrangements (with no more than three per house). Whatever you need, our team source the right home with the right roster of supports.
