Safe Community Living
Our Safe Community Living Program is an award-finalist initiative supporting repeat offenders through a strengths-based and proactive justice approach. Inspired by successful reintegration models in Norway, Canada, and New Zealand, the program is designed to help participants rebuild their lives and reduce recidivism.
Every young person deserves another chance. We think outside the cell and help them exit the justice system for good.

Who We Support
Our services are available to participants with NDIS, Hub, or District funding (all Nat levels eligible) who:
- Have a history of offending.
- Are currently incarcerated.
- Have recently been released.
- Are under Court Orders.
- Have been involved in hospital-based justice interventions.

Our NDIS Justice Service is founded on right based belief that all individuals should have access to the same level of support as anyone else.
Our program supports people with NDIS funding who are incarcerated or recently released and require specialised support services to live safely in the community.
Our Justice services provides pre and post release support, reintegration services and linking with mainstream services.
Eligibility
Our program focuses on stability for NDIS participants who have a history of offending.
We want to help you exit the Justice system for good!
Our support services are eligible to:

Historical offences
Individuals who are currently in prison or who have just been released with a Historical charge

Currently Incarcerated
Individuals who are currently in prison and waiting for release
03
Recently Released
Individuals recently released into the community with no supports
04
On Court Orders
Individuals released into the community on the conditions stipulated by the court.
